A: Our products can be currently purchased from retail locations around Las Vegas, and soon from our online storefront.

Q: What are Zouvenirs made of?

A: City skylines are made of zinc alloy and gold plated with 24K gold. Crystal components are made of optical crystal. Some of our products utilize proprietary technology of assembling crystal with gold.

Q: What is optical crystal?

A: Optical crystal is 100% lead free, optically clear type of material often used in producing high-end awards and trophies. Its wonderful properties result in brilliant cuts and bevels, and lustrous surfaces. Each piece of optical crystal is individually polished and beveled.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Products ordered from us may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
